About Me
I am Jess, the face behind Reynolds Counselling and Wellness. I work in a relational, person-centred way, offering support that is grounded, thoughtful and led by you. I believe the therapeutic relationship we build together is at the heart of the work and I aim to create a space where you feel safe, respected and genuinely heard.
While my work is rooted in person-centred values, I practise as an integrative counsellor. This means I draw on a range of therapeutic approaches and skills, adapting the work to what feels most supportive and appropriate for you.
I studied at the University of Chichester, where I gained a Level 5 Diploma in Humanistic Counselling. Alongside my counselling training, I hold a Level 2 Practitioner Certificate in Crystal Energy Healing, which informs my holistic understanding of wellbeing. I am committed to continued learning, with ongoing professional development supporting the evolution of my practice over time.
I am a Registered Member of the BACP (British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy) and work in accordance with the BACP Ethical Framework. I also attend regular clinical supervision to ensure my practice remains safe, reflective and of a high professional standard.
Whether you are navigating a challenging time, experiencing change or simply wanting a space to reflect and understand yourself more deeply, my aim is to meet you with care, curiosity and compassion.
